1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Tronact LLC ("Tronact", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Tronact provides TRON blockchain energy delegation services. We allow users to purchase delegated TRON energy to reduce transaction fees on the TRON network. Our service is non-custodial — we never hold, control, or access your private keys or wallet funds.

3. No KYC / No Registration

Tronact operates as a permissionless service. No personal identification, account registration, or KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to use our energy rental services. Users interact directly via their own TRON wallet.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are made in TRX (TRON native token). Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable once the energy delegation has been executed on-chain. In cases where energy was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, please contact support@tronact.com within 24 hours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Blockchain networks can experience delays, congestion, or outages beyond our control. Tronact is not responsible for any losses arising from TRON network issues.

6. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. TRON energy rental is a technical infrastructure service. Cryptocurrency and blockchain operations carry inherent financial risks. Always conduct your own research.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tronact LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
