Tronact LLC ("Tronact", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. Because our service requires no registration or KYC, we collect minimal data about our users.

Wallet Addresses: When you use our energy rental service, your TRON wallet address is recorded on the public TRON blockchain as part of the delegation transaction. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not stored by us separately.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data such as page views and session duration to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Contact Form: If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: government-issued IDs, passports, proof of address, financial statements, or any other KYC documentation. We do not require account registration. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for website functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for third-party ad targeting. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may collect basic request metadata. Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days and then deleted. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
